Hi, I’m Bekah! Self proclaimed, Queen of the Pivot.

My friends have had to update my mailing address for their Holiday card list more times than they can count. I've successfully changed careers twice, moved across the country, and launched start ups (my own + on teams). I’ve started over, changed my mind, then started over again.

I deconstructed (and didn’t learn that word until 10 years later) my spiritual foundation right after graduating from Bible College. At an age when many of my friends were launching careers, getting married, and generally following the roadmap we’d been handed, I was anxiously throwing the roadmap into a metaphorical bonfire and trying to figure out who the hell I actually was.

It was messy and scary. And, ultimately, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Since then, I've made a habit of building my life from the inside out.

Today, I’m learning to work with an ADHD brain instead of constantly trying to outsmart it. My wife and I raise chickens, sheep, and goats on an off-grid farm in Northern California. I coach by day and tend to animals, land, and whatever project I've inevitably gotten myself into by night (and sometimes very early morning).

I’ve gotten very comfortable trusting my intuition and taking calculated risks. That wasn’t always the case (not by a long shot). I know what it's like to spiral around:

What if I’m making the wrong choice?!

I feel so behind.

Ummmm….. Should I buckle down and make the current path work or blow it all up and try something completely different?

I know the panic gap between knowing what you want to do and actually doing the damn thing. With so many landscapes changing worldwide, no one can hand us the right answer to these questions.

My philosophy is pretty simple: You are enough and you deserve to build a life that actually works for you. Step by step, you can rewire your brain, regulate and show up in a way that doesn't require you to constantly override yourself.

And if, along the way, you catch feelings for a career change, a radical pivot, a new way of working, or occasionally buying livestock when absolutely nobody asked you to? Well, I've got some experience with that. Let’s do this.
