This free, monthly Personal Pillar Tracker is a great way to prioritize the small things that keep you connected to yourself.
Think of it less as a productivity tool and more as a “What makes me feel whole” tool.

I believe we can all use a little energy maintenance. Mostly because life is hard and wild and totally not fair.
I also know that often the smallest habits make a BIG impact on how we feel and how much energy we have. And I REALLY want you to feel great this summer.
So, here’s my Personal Pillar Tracker. It’s a free download - simply print and get going.
IF YOU’RE SO INCLINED, SKIP THE REST AND GO RIGHT TO THE DOWNLOAD.
Personal Pillars are things that make you feel connected to yourself like movement, being in nature, rest or meditation.
Our Personal Pillar list is where we turn when we feel “off.” It’s also a living list, which means some things might work for you for a period of time, but not forever. For example, you might have “take anxiety medication” on your list for a period of time. If you have small kids at home, you might have “feel grateful everyone survived” on your list.
Zoom out for a holistic view - when do you feel your best? What are the things you can prioritize on a daily basis to feel your best emotionally, physically, spiritually or mentally?
Some Personal Pillar examples:
movement (walking, playing, dancing, running, etc)
Weekly Money Date
spending 5 minutes outside or in nature
meditation
eating for nutrition
sleep
10 minutes of non-scrolling rest
gratitude
craft /write / build for 30 minutes
These are basics, yes, which is why they’re pillars.
What are the small habits you want to prioritize so you can stay whole and connected this summer?
I’m curious what’s on your list! Send me your juicy pillars!
