Root to Rise Coaching

ICF Life Coach, Bekah Burns

Winter in the vineyard…

looks dormant. There’s not much happening above the surface, however, the roots are reaching down, soaking up nutrients and tapping into what makes the terroir (microclimate) unique.

Winemakers don’t expect to harvest grapes all year round. If that were the case, the land would deplete it’s nutrients, the quality of the fruit would be diluted, the wines would stink and the team would burn out.

You are the vineyard.

Rooting is an inward process. It might LOOK dormant on the surface, but there’s a lot happening internally. It might not get the most attention from tourists. But it’s vital.

It’s time to tune in. Honor your

organic rhythm and your true nature.

Now is the time:

·    What needs to be let go of? Prune it.

·    What do you need more of? Seed it (cover crop).

·    What would it look for you to take 3 months to root & rise?

You get to produce the most magnificent version of yourself.

This coaching container is where you begin to tell that story.
